| The response section of Lightning Email allows you to see the results of your mail campaigns in real-time. Once you send a campaign, you get immediate results about it. You see how many emails have been sent and how many people have received them. Of those receipts you get a detailed breakdown of the count of opens, clicks, forwards, opt-outs, and new sign ups. For any of those counts you can drill down even further and see the exact members that performed each action. A big selling point is the ability to save a group as a search for later email campaigns. All reponse data can be exported to Excel for further analysis and campaigns can be compared side by side to look at the effectiveness of each.
